At Brava Fabrics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable garments. If your order isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange any item within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and include the printed return form inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at the nearest authorized collection point or post office.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
